This two storey village house is currently split into the owners own private accommodation of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, terrace, living room, dining room kitchen and then the guest accommodation described below.
There is also other rooms and outside areas where further accommodation or entertainment areas can be made. The house has a 333m2 garden with plenty of space for a pool and large garage workshop.

A spacious 5 bedrooms b&b/guest house, with 4 bathrooms and a ground floor bedroom suitable for the disabled. For our guests to feel at home there is a lounge with TV, DVD, video, cd player, books, board games, a kitchen with all modern facilities and a dining room. A washing machine, dish washer and a dryer are available for use in the B&B area for long stays only. Internet access available. Our continental breakfast is on a self-service basis to allow our guests to have a lie in. Our guests can enjoy a home cooked 2 course evening meal on request. Honesty bar and a wine list are also available. Our house is over a century old and has been renovated in 2004. It is situated in the heart of a village surrounded by the mountains, a short walk from 1 bar, 1 bar/restaurant, supermercado, doctor, chemist. Just 5 mins away is the busy market town of Huercal Overa with an olympic sized outdoor swimming pool. The beaches are just 40 mins drive!

The beaches of San Juan de Terreros, Mojacar, Garrucha, Villaricos are just 40 minutes drive from Santa Maria. Aguilas is 45 minutes away.
Just 30 minutes drive from Santa Maria golfers can have a swing in Desert Springs and Marina Golf, both 18 holes par 72, Valle del Este 18 holes par 73, and Cortijo Grande a 9 hole course. La Manga with its many courses is just an hour away.
